- Represent Amundsen across key European markets (Switzerland, Austria, France, Italy, Spain)
- Build, develop, and maintain strong retail partnerships aligned with our premium positioning
- Identify and onboard new strategic retail accounts
- Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance in collaboration with partners
- Support distributors and lead seasonal pre-sales efforts
- Ensure strong brand execution in-store, including merchandising and storytelling
- Provide structured reporting and market feedback to HQ
- Track competitor activity and evolving market dynamics
- Work closely with the International Growth team on new market initiatives
- Support brand store expansion, pop-ups, and activations
- Participate in and help execute Field Tests and community-driven initiatives
- Identify opportunities for expansion in existing and new European markets
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry gatherings, and key events
- Act as the “eyes and ears” of Amundsen in Europe
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Retail teams at HQ
- Provide structured CRM updates and performance reporting
- Contribute to long-term European growth strategy
- Translate market feedback into actionable insights
- Has 2--5 years of relevant sales or key account experience
- Has experience working with distributors and/or premium retail accounts
- Is structured, disciplined, and commercially driven
- Thrives in a travel-intensive and autonomous role
- Is entrepreneurial and comfortable building markets from the ground up
- Communicates clearly and represents a premium brand with confidence
- Speaks fluent English (additional European language is a strong advantage)
- Has a genuine passion for outdoor culture and an active lifestyle
