You will work closely with the Partner & Head of Norway, in developing clients and portfolios, training and supporting junior resources, and taking ownership of projects as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will become part of the international partner network and participate in various discussions and decisions that influence the entire organization across borders. Your profile

Competent in procurement/supply chain with 4+ years of experience in strategic procurement, production, distribution, sales and operations planning, and/ or operations strategy
Excellent academic records with a master's degree from a leading University
Strong track record of relevant industry or functional post-graduate work experience showing progress/ promotion
Robust people leadership skills and an exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction
Business acquisition competences and a network in place that can be developed into a client base
Deep knowledge of sourcing methodology and tools and proven track record of project management
Excellent academic records from a leading University or University of Applied Sciences
Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving
A role model and inspiring leader
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Fluent in English and Norwegian - both written and oral
