- Maintain and further develop new and existing customer relationships
- Identify and/or develop sales projects, support decarbonization with a consultative and collaborative approach
- Drive sales performance by executing end-to-end sales process, engaging with customers and internal resources, utilising in-depth knowledge of products and market to deliver tailored solution that brings value to both the customer and Wärtsilä
- Technical knowledge about marine power and propulsion systems
- Experience and/or insight into ship building process
- You have a network of relevant partners and stakeholders
- You are passionate about the marine decarbonisation journey
- Experience from marine industry
- Knowledge about maritime regulations within emissions and safety
- Experience from B2B sales, Business Development, Project Sales or Sales Account Management
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Norwegian
