Now, we're taking the next step in building the future of our Event functionality, and we're looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team.Spond is one of Europe's leading team management tools. Our intuitive app supports over 3.5 million active users monthly, with a Net Promoter Score of 76 (higher than services like Netflix, Airbnb, and Uber).As a Fullstack Developer on our Event product team, you'll be part of a cross-functional team with full ownership over your work, from design and coding to operations and continuous improvement. You'll help build the core engine of Spond, ensuring smooth organisation of training sessions, tournaments, volunteer tasks, and social events.
What you'll be working on:Building and scaling services in Java and/or GoDesigning robust and efficient APIs and JSON integrationsContributing to frontend development in React and JavaScriptEnsuring stability through thorough testing, code reviews, and clear documentationImproving performance, reliability, and scalability in high-traffic systemsCollaborating closely with the Product Manager and Designer to create the best user experiences
