Lead in Engineering and design; including planning and execution, of relevant subsea construction and installation operations as part of a multi-discipline project team
Follow up of subcontractors, including specifying, ordering and follow up delivery/manufacturing of SURF products
Lead mobilizations at site and offshore campaigns onboard construction vessels.
Participation in preparation and planning of training programs for less experienced engineers.
The role as a mentor, participate in training of Graduates
Lead engineer role for larger scopes in a project
Work on projects from Barents Sea to south-end of West Africa

Min. 10-15 years of relevant experience
Subsea Installation experience
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Results oriented with the ability to act decisively
