- Service Design, UX/UI, and Interaction Design
- Systems Thinking and DesignOps familiarity
- Workshop facilitation, prototyping, and user research
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders and tech teams
- A solid portfolio showing impactful design work
- Experience with multiple platforms
