A Quality Assurance Lead will be instrumental in driving this clarity and ensuring our testing approach is both effective and efficient.What You'll Be Doing: This is a pivotal role where you'll have a direct impact on the reliability and performance of our software. You'll be the go-to person for all things quality, responsible for:Owning System Health: You'll be the expert on the current state of our systems, providing clear insights into risks, vulnerabilities, and overall health.Defining Testing Strategy: You'll develop and implement effective testing methodologies, ensuring our efforts are focused where they matter most and provide maximum value.Building a Risk-Aware Culture: You'll identify key risk areas and guide our teams in prioritizing testing efforts to mitigate those risks proactively.Define Standards: Establish and enforce quality standards, metrics, and procedures across the development lifecycle.Reporting: Provide clear and concise reports on product quality, testing progress, and key metrics to stakeholders.
