You will identify and resolve operational issues and support process improvement.As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:Managing the successful execution of one or more Payroll or Benefits process(s)Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s)Participating in internal, external payroll and benefits audits, preparation of year-end reporting & associated statisticsEnsuring that incoming enquiries to the Service Centre's are answered in a professional and efficient mannerFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a successfully completed your studies in business administration or other field with proven relevant work experience.Have proven work experience in Payroll and Finance.Be able to speak/write fluent Norwegian and English.Have In-depth Payroll and Legislation knowledge in Norway.Have experience with SAP, preferably Workday along with good excel skills.Have the ability to handle and priorities multiple tasks and work to deadlines.Have the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
