Lead and mentor a small team of frontend developers
Write high-quality, scalable React code
Translate business needs into user stories and sprint plans
Drive frontend architecture and performance improvements
Conduct monthly 1:1s and support team development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization

Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Agile mindset with experience in sprint planning and delivery
Passion for clean code, performance, and user experience
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Based in Oslo or willing to relocate (visa support available)
