- Manage and convert leads into real business opportunities to secure a strong sales pipeline.
- Actively engage in customer visits, meetings, and interactions, building trust by understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of our solutions.
- Manage customer relationships through proactive planning, using sales tools effectively to ensure commercial success.
- Develop competitive, profitable quotes that reflect customer needs and emphasize Alfa Laval’s unique selling points, securing a high hit-rate.
- Use CRM and other sales tools consistently and accurately to support data-driven decision making.
- Work proactively and systematically to optimize sales efficiency.
- A commercial mindset with good analytical and digital skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably from the Marine industry.
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships at different organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of market analysis, sales planning, and opportunity management.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language.
