As part of our AM team, you will:Be responsible for Lifecycle Management of application portfolios for selected customers and/or business domainsManage and govern application documentationFacilitate application testing and coordinate version upgrades and other relevant changesCollaborate closely with Application Vendor, key user at customer site and technical personnel.Ensure application support/assistance is provided by Vendors or internal CegalOptimize and deliver on Application License ManagementProvide application advisory during assessment and renewal, and assist with application acquisitionIdentify improvements to our service and be part of implementing improvementsParticipate in improvement or innovation projects Who are you?Extensive knowledge about IT, with understanding of application requirements and dependenciesYou have excellent communication and documentation skills (both in English and in Norwegian)You are genuinely concerned with bringing value to customerStructured, organized and with a strong sense of accountabilityMotivated by continous learning and personal developmentWant to stand out as an applicant?
