SPERTON is partnering with Adven, a leading Nordic energy company, to support the expansion of its Real Estate Energy Solutions business in Norway. We are now looking for a Sales Manager to play a key role in building and growing Adven’s presence in the Norwegian market.This is a rare opportunity to join a market-entry journey backed by a financially strong, established Nordic organization — and to work with long-term energy solutions for large commercial properties.About Our Client – AdvenAdven is a Nordic energy company delivering sustainable, long-term energy solutions to real estate, industry, and municipalities. Adven designs, finances, builds, owns, and operates energy systems, allowing customers to reduce emissions, secure predictable energy costs, and focus on their core business.With strong expertise in sustainable district heating, industrial partnerships and real estate energy solutions, Adven operates across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands and the Baltics and is a key contributor to the Nordic energy transition.The RoleAs Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and developing Adven’s Real Estate Energy Solutions business in Norway.You will act as Adven’s commercial front-line in the Norwegian market, owning the full sales cycle — from market development and lead generation to solution development, negotiation, and signing long-term energy service agreements.This is not transactional sales.
