- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding their travel bookings through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about itineraries, bookings, and travel policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive client experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to address customer needs efficiently.
- Educate customers on travel procedures and promotions to enhance their travel experiences.
- Gather feedback from clients to support continuous improvement initiatives within the service team.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
