- Expedite goods to and from the NOV WellSite Services warehouse.
- Receive, check, pack, and ship goods in line with requirements for customers, vendors, and internal operations.
- Assure delivery of all documentation related to transport (records, certificates, datasheets, etc.) and process according to routines.
- Mark items in stock as required and ensure accurate logging for inventory control.
- Conduct cycle counts, maintain critical stock levels, and participate in yearly inventory verification.
- Load and unload materials for shipment using a forklift.
- Assist in maintenance tasks when required.
- Support sales/operations with sourcing pricing options and conduct purchases based on approved material requests.
- Forklift license, preferably including T2.
- Experience with logging transactions in an ERP system (JD Edwards or similar).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 package.
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Previous experience in warehouse logistics within the oil and gas sector.
- Knowledge of transport documentation and customs routines.
