The Service Project Manager is responsible for delivering major customer projects in Norway, primarily data centre fit-outs and other complex electrical or automation projects. Operating within the EMEA Nordics Service Team, the PM manages projects from order to commissioning, ensuring on-time, profitable, and high-quality execution. Build and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineering, procurement, service, and external partners. Serve as the primary contact for customers and on-site activities, including installation, configuration, SAT, and commissioning. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reporting. Manage scope, variations, costs, and budgets with a focus on margin optimization. Maintain a risk register and proactively mitigate risks and issues. Ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial forecasting. Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle in coordination with sales. Ensure successful delivery of all KPIs: safety, customer satisfaction, profitability, and schedule. Lead project handover, training, and lessons-learned activities. Significant third-party supplier involvement and production follow-up. Substantial installation and commissioning included. Bachelor's or Master's degree; electrical engineering strongly preferred. 5+ years of project/site management experience, ideally in data centres or complex industrial environments. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Electrical and/or automation background (EPMS, SCADA, DCIM experience beneficial). Experience with power management, mission-critical systems, or BMS is an advantage.
