you will be responsible for conducting the Enterprise Design, providing technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing HCM solutions for our stakeholders
using Oracle Cloud HCM alongside a system implementor.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM and experience
working as a solution architect in a large-scale Communication industry.Responsibilities:-Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
-Build Design for Multi Country, implement, and maintain HCM solutions for our stakeholders using Oracle Cloud HCM.
-Create functional and technical designs based on business requirements.
-Provide technical expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
-Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with other systems.
-Collaborate with project teams, including a system implementor, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
-Provide support and guidance to development teams during the development, testing, and implementation phases.
-Exercises judgment and influence on key technical decisions, standards, policies, environment selection, architecture, data flows and technical solutions.
-Collaborates to define product vision, roadmap, growth and product conversion opportunities and priorities according to business value or ROI, within the context of the HCM domain.
-Directs, develops, and presents to leadership and stakeholders various analyses for feature enablement in Oracle Cloud HCM.-5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
-15+ years of experience in ERP solutions (Oracle EBS/PeopleSoft/Oracle Cloud/Workday etc)
-Experience working as a solution architect.
-Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
-Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
