Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Norwegian
Provide accurate information and solutions in line with company policies
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Document interactions and escalate issues when needed
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
Follow internal procedures and workflows consistently

Requirements

Fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
Very good English skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and empathy for customers
Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles is a plus
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
