The foundation is solid, now we're looking for someone who combines creative ambition, a thoughtful user-centric approach, and rigor in visual and interaction design. In this role, you'll craft seamless product interfaces and shape our holistic design vision, ensuring every touchpoint sets us apart in the AI landscape. For the right person, this is a growth opportunity where you help define the ceiling.Core ResponsibilitiesProduct & Experience Design

Develop and own the end-to-end user experience across web applications, tools, and communications.
Refine and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and delight at every interaction.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and founders to express our innovation in every pixel and flow.
Lead design sprints, workshops, and prototyping sessions, actively incorporating internal and user feedback.

Brand & Visual Identity

Amplify our visual brand, evolving our interface design, motion, and storytelling to ensure a compelling, distinctive presence.
Produce high-impact assets and interaction prototypes for product, web, and communications.

Growth & User Engagement

Analyze usage data and user feedback to optimize flows, drive engagement, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Advise on or (in senior roles) build out a design function—leading, recruiting, and mentoring as we scale.

RequirementsExperience & Qualifications

5+ years in UI/UX, digital product, or interface design for tech startups, SaaS, or fast-growth environments
Deep portfolio showing impactful product interfaces and brand/visual evolutions
Hands-on expertise in Figma and prototyping/user testing tools
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and shipping high-quality digital products
Passion for elegant, scalable solutions and data-driven iteration
Outstanding visual/UI sensibility and strong communication skills with fluency in English (other languages a plus)
Experience leading or mentoring design teams (for senior/head roles)
Track record working at the intersection of emerging technology and user experience
