- Develop and execute an integrated marketing, content, and design strategy that amplifies our brand’s unique story
- Refine our brand identity, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and sales to reflect our innovation through every campaign
- Produce high-impact content (copy, visuals, campaigns) for web, social, sales, and external communications
- Craft powerful narratives and visual materials to set Newcode.ai apart
- Video/animation creation
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize for visibility and engagement
- Identify opportunities to strengthen our market presence
- 5+ years in a senior marketing or content/design role, ideally in rapidly scaling tech or startup environments
- Strong portfolio showing creative campaigns and brand/visual transformations
- Hands-on expertise in brand strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and team leadership
- Data-driven problem solver, able to interpret and act on marketing analytics
- Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills with fluency in English (other languages as bonus)
- Experience managing creative teams and working cross-functionally
- Up to date with the latest marketing, content, and design trends
