- Provide input to procurement activities for ongoing and future project phases within own discipline e.g. ITT (information to tender) documentation and process, long lead items and company provided items (CPI).
- Within own discipline, drive engineering efficiency, secure safety in design, design-to-cost and constructability.
- During execution, support construction field engineers and take responsibility for decisions within own discipline, e.g. handling of site queries (SQs) and non-conformance requests (NCRs).

- Within own discipline, drive engineering efficiency, secure safety in design, design-to-cost and constructability.
- During execution, support construction field engineers and take responsibility for decisions within own discipline, e.g. handling of site queries (SQs) and non-conformance requests (NCRs).
- A Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline such as marine technology, mechanical, structural or construction.
- 7-10 years experience of relevant work experience in either an engineering or classification company.
- Previous experience of structural engineering, carrying out inspections or working as part of a follow up team.
- Experience with project development process and its different phases (e.g. early-phase studies, detail engineering, fabrication).
- Experience with class systematics and regulatory regimes.
- Good knowledge of national and international standards for offshore structures.
- Flexible with respect to business travel, offshore travel and types of roles, according to business needs.
- Fluency in English. Norwegian would be advantageous.
