- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end SDLC, from development to production, with a direct focus on integration delivery.
- Participate fully and play a key role in the delivery of software solutions to our clients.
- Responsible for documentation and production of Project deliverables.
- Ensure all Requirements, Design, Interface, and Output Deliverables are delivered on time.
- Act as a Consultant in requirement and design workshops internally and externally.
- Provide clients with functional analysis and design advice guidance and consultancy in Sapiens solution throughout the project.
- Support Development throughout the build phase, including the technical design.
- Manage and Engage with Project Director/Delivery Manager on all project Deliverables, Actions, Assumptions, Risks, Issues, Decisions and Constraints.
- Support Product Owner (or act as Product Owner) especially in defining and refining the Backlog.
- Review and sign-off all assigned User Stories and support the definition and ongoing management of User Stories.
- Review the Test Scripts and support testing throughout test phase.
- Help define acceptance criteria and high-level estimates.
- Manage and participate in Peer Review activities, interacting with other Business Analysts, to ensure quality and completeness of requirements and design work.
- Support the Client through go live and assist in resolving issues and queries
- Support and mentor more junior members of the team
- Working to Sapiens processes & Sapiens best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst/Technical Business Analyst
- Well understanding and experience on SDLC End-to-End processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical decision-making skills, business acumen, independence, and organizational abilities.
- Experience leading a technical integration Agile scrum team.
- Strong SQL skills, knowledge and understanding of SOAP and/or REST web services, and ETL processes.
- Systems Integration experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of integration architecture and industry best practices.
- Extensive financial services (Life, Pensions, or banking/Investments) project experience.
- Familiarity with the world of insurance and insurance IT systems.
- Customer-facing experience (internal or external)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Experience in supporting the design of end-to-end solutions
- Experience in implementing significant functional change
- Experienced in full project lifecycle having been involved in numerous system implementation or enhancement projects
- Willingness to travel to client sites. International travel may be required.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience of working in the early stages of a project, especially supporting pre-sales and scope definition activities.
- Previous experience working with a policy administration system.
