If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!We are currently seeking an a la carte Chef/hotel chef for a hotel located 2-hour drive from Trondheim.They focus on personal service and a cozy atmosphere, great course-conference facilities, function rooms for every occasion, a restaurant, bar and a separate spa and wellness department.The kitchen focuses on local food such as seafood, wild sheep and deer. They want to offer local food, great experiences with a taste of the sea!Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef, including a la carte, buffet, and three-course menu preparation for events and functions.Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and a passion for utilizing local ingredients.Ability to work under pressure, maintain composure, and meet deadlines.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and a strong focus on food presentation.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the hospitality industry.Working period: 15.09.2025 - 21.12.2025Accommodation: 4000 NOK/month, including utility costs and WiFi.
