- Apply established project management ways of working to ensure project commitments, milestones, and deliverables are achieved.
- Support early project engagement activities such as reviews, clarifications, and handover from sales when required.
- Lead or contribute to project kick-off, alignment, progress, and close-out meetings, ensuring clear documentation and follow-up.
- Coordinate activities across sales, planning, engineering, service, and customer care to manage scope, schedule, quality, cost, and financial performance.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage changes related to scope, schedule, or commercial deviations in a structured and transparent manner.
- Ensure timely delivery of project outputs in line with customer requirements and agreed plans.
- Maintain accurate project plans, dates, and milestones in accordance with Emerson standards and systems.
- Provide clear, timely, and professional communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project financial performance and manage cost deviations within assigned authority levels.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Act in accordance with Emerson's ethical standards, trade compliance requirements, and SHEQ expectations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a project coordination role, delivering customer-facing projects or complex scopes of work.
- Relevant experience in an engineering, technical, operational, or project delivery environment, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in both English and Norwegian, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
- The ability to collaborate across teams and functions to drive alignment and progress.
- A structured, analytical, and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Eligibility to work in Norway and the ability to be based in or near Stavanger.
- Experience with subsea applications, flow metering, drilling, or well operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools, systems, or structured methodologies.
- Experience interacting with customers and supporting commercial or change management discussions.
- Motivation to further develop project leadership, financial awareness, and stakeholder management skills.
