Job Responsibilities:Drive the development of new products and support improvements to existing onesCollaborate within cross-disciplinary teams to design, implement, review, and test hardware solutionsPerform hands-on lab work, including test setup, troubleshooting, and validation activitiesPrepare and maintain design documentation, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to specificationContribute to the development and refinement of engineering workflows and processes
Qualifications:8+ years of experience experience in electronic circuit design, simulation, and hardware architectureBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Cybernetics, Embedded Systems, or similarHands-on lab skills, including test setup, troubleshooting, and repairExperience with tools and methodologies such as Altium, LT-Spice, BLDC motor control, STM32 microcontrollers, and DFX principlesProblem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
