- Serve as the trusted technical principal advisor for all Google Workspace matters for our most strategic customers.
- Lead the technical execution of large-scale Google Workspace implementation projects, including complex migrations, advanced integrations, and bespoke custom configurations.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for the most challenging issues.
- Proactively analyze complex customer environments to recommend, design, and implement optimal Google Workspace configurations, security postures, and best practices at an enterprise level.
- Collaborate with internal teams, Google product teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, drive innovation, and guarantee unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Stay at the absolute forefront of the latest Google Workspace features, updates, technical advancements, and emerging trends, acting as an internal subject matter expert.
- Engage with a diverse range of clients across various industries (e.g., scale-ups, retail, technology, gaming, entertainment, public sector) to understand their complex technical needs and strategic challenges.
- Identify, champion, and drive opportunities for technical improvements and strategic evolution within customer Google Workspace environments, influencing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Google Workspace specialists and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and technical collateral for Google Workspace deployments.
- Exceptional knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with Google Workspace solutions, confirmed by relevant Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Google Workspace Administrator, Google Cloud Architect, etc).
- Proven experience leading complex technical projects (eg. Microsoft to Google migrations) and managing hybrid environments is a significant advantage.
- Superior communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills, capable of influencing executive-level stakeholders and explaining highly complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Extensive previous experience with IT network or enterprise systems administration, with a strong understanding of identity management, security, and networking principles relevant to cloud environments.
- Previous roles may have included Solutions Engineer / Architect, Senior Deployment Specialist, Systems Administrator, etc
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages is highly preferred.
