As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a control systems developer. RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement and test real-time vessel control software covering dynamic positioning (DP), autopilot, remote-control and autonomy.
Integrate propulsion units, power systems, sensors and reference systems into a unified control platform.
Develop and maintain Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulators to validate control system performance and fault-handling. WANTED QUALIFICATIONS
Familiarity with technologies such as:
Git, C++, C#, WPF, Zephyr, Python, Go.Industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CAN bus, UDP)
Education in cybernetics, control systems, computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields (relevant experience can compensate for formal education).
Experience with marine application design, industry standards, and type approval processes is advantageous.
