We are established in Norway, UK, Bosnia-Hercegovinia and Croatia.Connector Subsea Solutions has won several major contracts, and we are therefore in need of strengthening our technical staff in Norway.
We are looking for a Technical Lead.As Technical Lead in our project you will have the overall techincal resonsibility in our project. You'll work closely with the Project Manager, and stay hands on in the project from concept to installation. You will also be able to gain overall responsibility for the completion of studies and FEED's (Front End Engineering and Design).In Connector Subsea Solutions, we set high standards on professional insight, technical understanding and having a structured way of working. Overall technical responsible for implementation in projects.
Responsible for conducting studies and FEED's.
Commercial and technical responsibility in smaller project.
Perform and lead the design of subsea equipment and tools in collaboration with our design teams in Norway, Bosnia-Hercegovinia, UK and Croatia.
Prepare technical documentation.
Planning and conducting tests.
Dialogue with customers and international subcontractors for material, fabrication and testing.
Participate and have presentations in design reviews.

Required qualifications and background:

Experience from project execution and offshore operations.
B.Sc or M.Sc in relevant discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience with design of mechanical equipment.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Experience with Autodesk Inventor Vault, and Ansys/FEA is a plus.
Knowledge on relevant offshore codes and standards.
Fluency in English and Norwegian.
Additional competence and experience in welding, material and/or machining will be an advantage.
