Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
Handle cases related to illness, accidents or travel issues
Provide guidance about travel insurance coverage
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines and partners
Arrange flights, accommodation or medical assistance when needed
Manage cases in internal systems
