
Senior Specialist, Project and Performance

- Ensure the most efficient internal processes in the department and contribute to strengthening and improving overall logistics quality and performance
- Own and coordinate the Logistics department's project portfolio
- The position reports directly to the Head of Logistics and collaborates closely with stakeholders across departments, both within and outside of Norway
- Analyze data on courier and vendor performance. Assess how current initiatives are working by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). Propose changes and initiatives with a department-wide perspective
- Optimize processes and implement improvements. Many departmental routines can be made more efficient and faster. You will analyze and evaluate them and suggest improvements
- Evaluate initiatives. When new routines, systems, or processes are introduced, we also want to evaluate their outcomes based on available data. Suggest adjustments to achieve even better results
- Present data findings to the department along with improvement proposals-for example, performance deviations in certain cities, logistics efficiency opportunities, or simpler ways to complete existing tasks
- Own, follow up, and coordinate the Logistics department's project portfolio. At times, you will act as a project lead for larger initiatives requiring significant implementation effort and multiple stakeholders, which may increase your project workload percentage
- Experience with data processing for business decision-making. Forecast analysis understanding is desirable
- Experience in project management-leading smaller projects or acting as a sub-project lead in larger initiatives
- Experience in process/structure implementation and leadership is considered a plus
- Experience from platform-based companies is an advantage
- Experience with data warehouses, SQL, and Excel expertise
- Above-average interest in technology is a plus
- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
