- Effectively plan and manage your territory, including execution of:
- Marketing and category initiatives
- New product launches
- Deliver product training and professional education to optometrists and optical staff
- Represent Johnson & Johnson Vision at regional and national clinical meetings and conferences
- Maintain accurate, timely reporting using CRM and other internal systems
- Continuously stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and marketplace developments
- Act as the face of ACUVUE® and Johnson & Johnson Vision in your territory, always working in line with the J&J Credo and values
- Education, bachelor’s degree or equivalent (ideally within business, healthcare or science)
- Experience from a sales, account management, or customer‑facing role; experience from the optical industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A self‑driven, structured approach with high personal accountability
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Able to travel regularly for customer visits, meetings, and industry events
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage
