They are seeking a German-speaking Key Account Manager to join their dynamic Commercial team, based in their Oslo office. In this role, you will manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Who are we looking for?
As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with their clients, with a focus on the DACH region.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Client Satisfaction: Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Technical Interest: Leverage your technical knowledge to understand client requirements and demonstrate Digital Asset Management solutions.
- 5 years + experience in account management and technical sales.
- Negotiation and Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills in global markets.
