- Deliver excellent customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients and guests in various hospitality environments.
- Handle inquiries, reservations, and service requests through phone, email, and face-to-face communication.
- Guide clients in understanding the hospitality services and amenities available to them.
- Effectively manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues to ensure a satisfying guest experience.
- Collaborate with fellow team members and other departments to elevate the overall guest experience.
- Stay informed about current trends in the hospitality sector to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
- Document client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of hospitality services with the ability to effectively communicate this to clients.
- Competent in using CRM systems and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
