The combined solution of our ~400 applications including new technology and AI support all aspects of the business for both our customers and internal users worldwide - and are delivered continuously several times per week.We deliver modern business-to-business services both on-prem and in the cloud on a .NET/web-based technology stack using best practice agile methods. Together with our data science team we are regarded a key player in taking DNV's business into the future.DNV is now looking for a graduate ready to join the application development team from August 2026.What to expect as a Software Developer in Maritime Digital Development?

You will take part in real problem solving, finding attractive solutions for thousands of customers worldwide
You will join a dedicated development team working close with customers, domain experts, developers, UX designers, architects, data scientists/AI Experts and testers
You will join a Graduate on-boarding program building relevant technology and domain competence
You will have your own mentor
You will join networks like DNV Connect and DNV IT Graduates
Part of your training is done internationally. DNV will provide you hands-on experience with the Maritime business by living and working at one of our international stations for a longer period

Our Høvik office is located in beautiful surroundings by the sea and can offer access to sailboats, kayaks, tennis courts etc. We have more than 30 activity groups for you to join, as well as gym facilities and a kindergarten located on our premises.
