- Lead the collaboration with assigned smaller Key Accounts to drive business growth and to deliver against commercial targets.
- Contribute to the work of crafting material for sales meetings, new products and annual negotiation presentations.
- Assist the department with various reporting.
- Contribute to projects /ad hoc requests across the organisation.
- Support the team in coordinating & implementing projects across all Key Accounts (e.g. consumer programs, product launches, etc.)
- Work closely with the Field Sales team to support flawless execution of initiatives at retail level.
- Analyze market, channel and customer performance to identify opportunities for growth in Indirect Retail.
- University degree in Business Administration or Economics
- First experience in Sales, Category Management or Marketing, ideally in FMCG
- Good knowledge of retail landscape in Norway
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English is required
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Skilled In Excel & PowerPoint
- Self-driven, analytical with strong attention to detail
