We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Superintendent to strengthen our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of our fleet, while working in a dynamic international environment.Job Description:
- Take ownership of the daily technical management of assigned vessels, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Plan and supervise maintenance, dry-docking, and repair projects
- Manage technical budgets and contribute to cost control and optimization
- Ensure full compliance with class, flag state, ISM/ISPS, and all relevant regulations
- Provide technical guidance to shipboard staff and collaborate with shipyards, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct vessel inspections, monitor performance, and follow up on corrective actions
- Contribute to incident investigations and implement preventive measures
- Degree in Marine Engineering or maritime technical education
- Experience as Chief Engineer, senior officer, or shore-based superintendent
- Solid knowledge of international maritime regulations and class requirements
- Commercial mindset with proven experience in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Proficiency in IT systems and planned maintenance systems
- Excellent communicator with cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills
- English
