- Qualify leads, develop opportunities, and prepare technical concepts and proposals
- Support customer meetings, discovery sessions, and technical reviews
- Collaborate on marine project specifications and resolve engineering issues
- Transfer technical concepts to engineering teams and support bid/no‑bid decisions
- Troubleshoot low- and medium‑voltage marine system challenges
- Manage territory planning with a focus on Norway’s marine sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and specifying entities
- Conduct regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and follow‑ups
- Represent Eaton at marine industry events and networks
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operational stakeholders
- Manage the pipeline, opportunities, and quotations
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to standardized specification processes
- Professional Technician, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a justifiable equivalent education
- 2–5 years of experience in marine projects, preferably in electrical design or project management for large-scale marine applications or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical thinking, numerical proficiency, and structured problem-solving
- Proactive, accountable, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle objections, complaints, and customer challenges professionally
- Adaptability, resilience, and effective time management
