Job Category: ConsultantJob Description:The Shipping Advisory section consists of thirteen professionals, all located at Høvik, Norway and have a good mix of gender and age.The unit has a high level of engagement, and we are now looking for young professionals who are ready to start their journey with us in August 2026.What to expect as a Graduate in Maritime Advisory, section Shipping Advisory:

Support customers managing the decarbonization challenge through efficient operations, technical solutions, and new concepts
Develop sustainability strategies (ESG) and support the implementation processes
Perform market analysis for companies, products and alternative fuels
Strategic planning of fleet development and maritime logistics
Work with green technologies and solutions
Using data to get insight and create customer value
Marketing, sales and business development
