Project Completion Engineer - Work Preparation (EIT - LV / Automation)
Locations: Bergen / StavangerJob description:We are seeking experienced Work Preparation Engineers within Low-Voltage (LV) and Automation disciplines to support construction activities on the site. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, forward-looking energy development.Responsibilities:

Prepare and create work packs for installation in Pims.
Collaborate closely with contractors to support installation planning and execution.
Provide discipline-specific input to the planning and preparation process.
Take an active role in promoting HSSE and quality on-site.
Assess safety issues related to planned work and determine the need for safe job analysis (SJA).
Evaluate material needs and ensure availability.
Make informed, multidisciplinary decisions in alignment the project execution model.

Qualifications:

Vocational education with a trade certificate and minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant industry, or minimum 10 years of experience.
Experience in construction and Mechanical Completion (MC) processes.
Solid understanding of work preparation within EIT disciplines (Low-Voltage and/or Automation).
Familiarity with Pims CMS.
Fluency in English.
Strong safety mindset and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
