- Oversee the full software implementation cycle for Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements to customize software solutions accordingly.
- Facilitate comprehensive training for clients on the software's features and best practices.
- Work in tandem with various departments to address and resolve any implementation hurdles promptly.
- Maintain precise documentation of each implementation process and client interactions within our CRM system.
- Collect and analyze client feedback post-implementation to drive continuous improvement in services and solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest software updates and trends to provide effective support to clients.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
- Relevant experience in software implementation or project management is preferred.
- Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of software applications.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and user support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive attitude.
