- Manage the project to meet or exceed company goals
- Organize, lead, and motivate the project team
- Perform resource planning, cost estimation and budgeting
- Analyze and manage project risks, change control and reporting
- Stakeholder management and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering
- Extensive experience as Project Manager for multi-discipline EPC projects
- Experience from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts from onshore construction/infrastructure industry
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong track record in risk management, budgeting, and aligning project outcomes with long-term business objectives
- Advanced skills in influencing decision-makers across complex organizational structures
- Ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support
- Good communication skills both written and verbal (Norwegian and English)
