Are you an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager, with a strong passion for making a difference in the world and believe that technology is part of the solution to solve climate change?The positionIn this crucial role within our Operations Team in Oslo you will as Senior Project Manager collaborate closely with sales, engineering, supply chain, sub-vendors and partners in execution of EPC projects. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Success in this role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a collaborative spirit.Your responsibilities

Manage the project to meet or exceed company goals
Organize, lead, and motivate the project team
Perform resource planning, cost estimation and budgeting
Analyze and manage project risks, change control and reporting
Stakeholder management and ensuring customer satisfaction

Your qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering
Extensive experience as Project Manager for multi-discipline EPC projects
Experience from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contracts from onshore construction/infrastructure industry
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
Strong track record in risk management, budgeting, and aligning project outcomes with long-term business objectives
Advanced skills in influencing decision-makers across complex organizational structures
Ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support
Good communication skills both written and verbal (Norwegian and English)
