You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure sales, meet targets, and deliver value to customers.What You Will Do:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key channel partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area.
- Become an expert on Johnson Controls’ YORK products and communicate their value proposition clearly.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to channel partners.
- Ensure sales excellence using SalesForce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Proven experience delivering results in HVAC Commercial Sales of Applied equipment (5–10 years).
- Fluent Norwegian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems and solutions.
- Previous success in channel or direct sales within the HVAC industry.
- Experience with technical selections and preparing offers for HVAC equipment.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
