We are looking for a Chef to join our team in Leines, a stunning coastal destination, perfectly situated between Bodø and the Lofoten Islands. The region offers incredible opportunities for fishing, hiking, and outdoor life. It is the perfect place for someone who wants to combine a professional culinary career with an authentic Arctic lifestyle.In the summer season, we usually offer à la carte + today's special.In autumn, winter, and spring, regular operations are mostly concentrated around weekends, with Sunday dinner service, a Saturday café, and a three-course event dinner twice per month. We also host relatively large private events (up to 60--70 guests), especially during the Christmas party season, but these occur throughout the year as well.
