Key responsibilities:Order placement and follow upManage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, purchase orders, inventory management and contract negotiationsKeeping data on own products and suppliers in the ERP system updatedAssist in vendor selection and negotiation processesSupport sales organization/product management in sourcing activities for new productsMonitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning teams to forecast demandEnsure timely delivery of components to support production schedules and project timelinesHelp analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementCollaborate closely with senior buyers and other departmentsContribute to continuous improvements in purchasing procedures Desired qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent within supply chain, logistics, procurement or similarDocumented work experience within supply chain can compensate for lower formal educationGood communication skills in English and preferably also in NorwegianExperience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage, but not a requirementWe are looking for you who are curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in purchasing and supply chain management.
