- Further development of the pastry team.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards for taste, appearance and texture.
- Oversee inventory management and order processing to ensure access to fresh ingredients.
- Comply with food safety regulations and ensure a clean working environment.
- Experience from previous work as a pastry chef or similar position.
- Education in cooking or patisserie is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques as well as principles in confectionery.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while handling multiple tasks at the same time.
- Creativity with an eye for detail.
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
