Our disruptive price model provides access to automation without requiring hefty upfront investments, making automation affordable to anyone.Global Account ManagerWe are now seeking a highly motivated Account Manager for our team based in Oslo to own large enterprise accounts, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base, and be the main point of contact for commercial and technical concerns. You will be the face of our company, and to succeed in this role, you will need to have an energetic attitude, customer-oriented mentality, analytical skills, and a strong technical aptitude. And you will have to love traveling across the world.Key responsibilities
  • Actively own and manage your accounts, from deployment, maintenance, and further scaling of wheel.me's product.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our solution to better upsell and cross-sell to customers' various business needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to customer concerns and needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Plan, manage, and achieve sales quotas and goals with your accounts to actively expand accounts after landing pilots and initial installations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to deliver the best automation solution and customer experience.

  • Have a proven track record of at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success in the robotics, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial industries.
  • Have experience or the ability to form existing relationships.
  • Come from a technical background and/or have technical experience.
  • Operate with strong analytical capability and grit.
  • Can adapt to changes easily and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have CRM, such as Salesforce, experience and an understanding of how to use data in sales.
  • Are a resourceful and creative problem solver who will “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in business, economy, IT, engineering, or a relevant field.
In this role, you'll travel quite a bit, so being based in the Oslo region can make things much smoother for you. It's also helpful if you speak multiple languages, but don't worry, English will work just fine too!What we offer
