- Actively own and manage your accounts, from deployment, maintenance, and further scaling of wheel.me's product.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our solution to better upsell and cross-sell to customers' various business needs.
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to customer concerns and needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
- Plan, manage, and achieve sales quotas and goals with your accounts to actively expand accounts after landing pilots and initial installations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to deliver the best automation solution and customer experience.
- Have a proven track record of at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success in the robotics, automotive, manufacturing, or industrial industries.
- Have experience or the ability to form existing relationships.
- Come from a technical background and/or have technical experience.
- Operate with strong analytical capability and grit.
- Can adapt to changes easily and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have CRM, such as Salesforce, experience and an understanding of how to use data in sales.
- Are a resourceful and creative problem solver who will “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done.
- Have a bachelor's degree in business, economy, IT, engineering, or a relevant field.
