- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, applications, and technical solutions (hardware/software).
- Perform routine system checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
- Take ownership of incidents and requests from start to finish, acting as a single point of contact.
- Handle complex incidents and problems (Incident/Problem/Change) at third?line support level.
- Ensure effective communication between relevant departments, operations, end users, and external vendors to resolve cases.
- Manage IT assets and configuration items in ServiceNow (creation, modification, and updates).
- Contribute to upgrades, migrations, rollouts, and projects aimed at continuous improvement.
- Act as a technical point of contact and trusted advisor for internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of IT services and infrastructure.
- Experience with IT/OT infrastructure, server operations, application management, or similar technical environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software, preferably with experience in root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with complex IT environments, data centers, cloud, or hybrid platforms is an advantage.
- Experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident/Problem/Change/Knowledge).
- Ability to work both onsite and remotely, and comfortable with travel and on?call arrangements when needed.
- Experience from enterprise environments, security?focused organizations, or other operations?intensive environments is an advantage.
- Some knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
- Willingness to develop expertise, experience, and solutions related to production and shop?floor environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Solution?oriented, structured, and self?driven.
