You will play an important role and lead the technical work towards several of our customers in Norway.Are you driven by leading technical cooperation, having great responsibility, enjoy building sustainable relationships with the customer, and are passionate about implementing successful projects? Then we hope to hear from you!How you'll make an impactYou will lead technical work to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and financial targets per contract specifications and safety requirements.You will focus on power and control system deliveries to customers in Norway, including grid companies, industries, and the transport sector.Lead and coordinate a diverse team spanning various engineering disciplines internally and externally.Operate at the intersection of sales and project execution, maintaining extensive customer contact in both areas.You will collaborate closely with the project manager to align on objectives and deliverables.Engage with high-voltage installations (
