- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain high standards of service.
- Identify and relay common customer issues and feedback to management to drive improvements.
- Remain knowledgeable about product updates and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in email support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong written communication skills with a professional and clear tone.
- Excellent problem-solving skills capable of handling customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently in a remote setting.
- Experience with CRM systems and email management tools is advantageous.
