Join our global team for a career filled with opportunities to solve challenges both small and large, local and global, simple and complex.Wilhelmsen Ship Management (WSM) is looking for a Drydock SuperintendentLocations: Lysaker Type: Full-time | HybridAbout the role:Wilhelmsen Ship Management is looking for an experienced Drydock Superintendent to support our Cruise Team through all phases of the dry-docking process – from preparation and execution to close-out.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring successful dockings while maintaining strong client relationships, high quality standards, and a clear environmental focus. You will work closely with Drydock Managers, Vessel Managers, shipyards, and internal stakeholders, contributing to safe, efficient, and well-managed dry-docking projects.What you will be doing:Review technical specifications in collaboration with office and vessel teamsPrepare and follow up on drydock budgetsReview quotations and support contract negotiations with shipyardsPlan and participate in yard pre-docking visits together with the Drydock Manager and Vessel ManagerManage assigned parts of the dry-docking scope, including vessel and system modificationsSupport preparation, execution, and close-out phases of dry-docking projectsEnsure environmental, quality, and client requirements are met throughout the processAbout the team and location:You will join an international and dynamic team with a broad mix of experience and expertise.
