🛠️ FORMWORK CARPENTER – Join Exciting Projects in Northern Norway!Are you a skilled and self-driven formwork carpenter with solid experience in reinforcement, formwork, and concrete casting? Adecco Helgeland & Salten is looking for professionals like you to join our team!We are currently experiencing high demand from our clients and can offer long-term employment opportunities on a variety of projects in Mo i Rana, Bodø, and other locations across Helgeland and Salten.🔧 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Building formwork for concrete structures
Reinforcement work (rebar tying)
Concrete casting
Installing both traditional and system-based formwork

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Trade certificate in formwork carpentry is a plus – but extensive experience can compensate
Solution-oriented and adaptable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Basic communication skills in Norwegian and/or English
Good physical work capacity
